Nice quality. Big ring came with 4x female threaded nuts/covers (1 piece), you re-use the original Shimano male threaded bolts. It does fit on an R8000 crank (designed for R8100 crank), the covers don't quite match up with the crank visually as expected, but it works fine.

Hi, it´s compatible with the Shimano Ultegra 8100 crankset, even the version with a power meter. If you only buy the inner chainring, you can use the original Shimano hardware. If you also buy the outer chainring, you must use the Miche hardware that comes with the chainring. No special accessories are required for assembly.

Hi, these chainrings are for Shimano 12-speed. The replacement depends on your groupset. However, these chainrings are for the 54/40 combination, not 53/39. For a 53/39, you´ll need to choose another Miche chainring model, and I believe they´re only available for 11-speeds.
