Also my first Muc Off product and it did not disappoint. Turned my suede shoes back to the navy color as I bought them and forgot that they could ever look like new. I didn't notice any heavy smell, but on one of the pairs, I think it did react with the grip texture on the side of the rubber soles and some thin layers of the rubber started to peel off. So test it on soles before using, but on other upper materials everything seems fine and I've been using it on multiple pairs turning heavily dirty shoes clean.
