Hello The diameter of the main tube is 20mm while the base is made of 25mm tubes. I bought it for a 25kg electric mountain bike (Megamo Ridon) and it does the job, as well as the other one I have from XLC which seems more robust but whose main tube is also 20mm but with 35mm base tubes. To prevent the mountain bikes from moving too much, I put insulation around the tubes that trap the rear wheel. It is suitable for 26 and 29 inch wheels.

I bought this product for a Bergamo ridon S electric mountain bike, so with 27.5 wheels. The bike is quite heavy but it holds the bike perfectly without the risk of falling. Tip, I slide a thin expanded foam seal on the tubes to block any movement of the bike, the space being sufficient despite the width of the tire.

Yes, of course. The only thing is that, being a narrow wheel, it fits loosely between the tubes that make up the upper part of the support. I could solve this by putting some kind of tubular foam in the tube to reduce the distance between the frames.

I use it with a mountain bike type ebike, so quite heavy. To prevent the bike from moving I put insulation (insulating sleeves) on the tubes that bury the wheel. More play and better protection. It works with a road bike.
