Hi. I have bought the replacement braid for Northwave Arctic winter shoes. The product bought is described as SLW X Dial. What has been delivered is labelled SLW 3. Is this compatible or have I been sent the wrong item? The instructions with it shows a braid with 2 entry points to the BOA . Mine only has one. Braid length the same? Can you cut it?
