I´ve seen that these grips are medium, but I wanted to know what the large profile means. Thanks.

They have a slightly larger diameter than average; I have large hands, so I appreciate this feature. They also have an asymmetrical design, to help absorb shock (rider side) and ensure good grip to hold on to the bike during harder maneuvers (opposite side, let´s say the front part, the one facing the brake lever).
