Hello, I have a Vittoria elusion carbon RR wheels, it says ETRTO 622x17c //ERD 579, it is compatible with this tyre ?

I run mine on Prime Primavera wheels, 700/23 and the PZero 28's are great. I think the tyres will fit but I also think they roll best on wider rims. The tyres grip and roll well and were easy to fit as tubeless, seating to the rim with a few pumps with a track pump.
