The helmet isn't that light, weighing 251g in size M. My old helmet and the current top-of-the-range Abus helmet are lighter. The fit could have been better; they run small compared to the measurements. I used a 50-54 helmet that fit me perfectly, and this one, which is supposed to go up to a 56, didn't fit. It's very attractive, and you can buy it in all white to avoid the heat. Good ventilation.

I had to change my helmet which I have been using for 4 years now. I was looking for a safe helmet with the MIPS system, so I chose the POC ventral air mips helmet. I find it well finished and comfortable to wear, and it exudes safety. Please note it runs small, I have a head circumference of 55 and the S was too small for me, in size M it is perfect for me.
