Measures more physiological and mechanical data from the human body than any previous technology, to provide you with the best and clearest information, and personalized guidance in sports and daily life.
· Wrist ECG: Place your finger on the unlock button to obtain an ECG within seconds, anytime and anywhere, and access additional data about your cardiovascular health and recovery.
· SpO2, Blood Oxygen Saturation: in 30 seconds measures blood oxygen saturation level, a key indicator of your overall well-being.
· Wrist Heart Rate: our combination of LEDs and sensors has resulted in the most accurate OHR measurement in a Polar watch to date.
· Temperature: Records nighttime changes compared to your 28-days average value. An indicator of you internal rhythm and health status.

· Dual GPS with multiple satellite frequency band (L1 / L5): to deliver faster fixes and more accurate positioning in any environment. The dual-band system eliminates errors in GPS location tracking that would otherwise be caused by interference from tall buildings, dense forests, or extreme conditions to provide a pin-point positioning experience, as well as precise speed, distance, and route data wherever you are in the world.
· Maps: Detailed downloadable maps for an excellent topographic experience. Two preload regions: Europe and North Merica. Zoom range: 700km / 20m.
· Routes and turn-by-turn guidance: Sync your routes with your watch to get real-time turn-by-turn guidance with komoot navigation and planning technology.
