The Polini HI-Speed 950.830.31 is an electronic device for Bosch E-Bike Active / Performance / CX electric powered bicycles to suppress the engine power cut at 25 km / h. It increases assistance to around 50 km / h.

Is the Hi-Speed plug square or round?

I think it´s square but I don´t know 100%. What you need to bear in mind is that your e-bike must be a Bosch Active/Performance Line/CX type. It won´t work with brand new Bosch motors. My tip is not to destroy or tear the packaging. Then you can send it back if necessary. It´s been over 2 years since I connected or installed it so I don´t remember exactly. What´s very important is the type of Bosch motor. It´s usually written on the cover of the Bosch motor.

I don´t know the Bosch Smart System, so I can´t say whether it´s compatible. I can only say that it works. The magnets supplied are too weak; you have to stick the speed box very well to the inside of the motor box, otherwise it could fall off. You need a small, strong, flat magnet on the outside.
