Hello. It's a perfect match with Race Face cranks and a Shimano 12s chain. Please note that the DMW chainwheel has a 0mm offset and a 55mm chainline.

Hi, just so you know, this chainring is flat, and for the Next XL model, it´s not the DMW but the Cinch Direct Mount (D40618). The image and price are the same, but if you look at the 3D view, the latter has a thicker crank arm mount, while the former is flat and thinner. Check the one you have now to be sure. Otherwise, the one I´m recommending is the right one for this crankset and chain; it´s exactly what I have, but with an XT chain. The XTR chain is weaker, and for just a few grams less, it´s not worth it.

Hola, ojo, este plato es plano y para el modelo Next XL no es el DMW si no el Cinch Direct mount (D40618). La imagen y el precio es el mismo pero si te fijas en la visión 3D este último tiene un mayor espesor en el anclaje de bielas y el otro es plano y más fino. Comprueba el que tienes ahora para asegurarte. Por lo demás el que te indico es el adecuado para este conjunto de bielas y cadena, es exactamente lo que tengo yo, pero con cadena XT, la cadena XTR es más débil y por unos poquitos gramos menos no merece la pena.

Hi, I´m not sure exactly what you´re referring to. There are two Race Face models: the Cinch DMW, which is a flat chainring with the same thickness where it connects to the cranks, and the Cinch Direct Mount, which has a thicker thickness where it connects to the cranks and is therefore more reinforced. However, this depends on the type of cranks your bike has. If you could clarify the question a little more, I´ll be able to answer.

Hay que distinguir dos modelos en Race Face, el Cinch DMW que es un plato plano del mismo espesor en la zona de acoplamiento con las bielas y el Cinch Direct Mount, que tiene un espesor mas ancho en la zona de acoplamiento y por tanto está mas reforzado, pero esto depende del tipo de bielas que monte tu bicicleta. Si puedes aclarar un poco más la pregunta, te podré responder.

Hi, I don´t know what you´re referring to. This crank is compatible with all standard 12-speed chains and cinch-type cranksets, meaning cranks from brands like Raceface, SRAM, Specialized, and Cannondale that have this type of quick-change mount. By the way, all standard bicycle chains have a 1/2" (1.275 mm) pitch, and the full link is 1" (2.54 mm).

Está biela, es compatible con todas las cadenas estándar de 12v y con montaje de bielas tipo cinch, es decir para bielas de marcas como Race face/sram/Specualiced/Cannondale, que tengan este tipo de montaje para cambio rápido de plato. A propósito el paso de todas las cadena de bicicleta estándar es de 1/2" (1,275mm) y el eslabón completo de 1" (2,54mm).

You will need a 2.5mm hex key to adjust the preload ring and an 8mm hex to remove the crank bolt. You need a Park Tool BBT22 bottom bracket tool or Shimano TL-UN74-S to remove/install the locking ring that holds this chainring to the crank. Worth checking before ordering if it is the version with 3mm offset (as pictured above) or 6mm for Superboost hubs. Not obvious when ordering.
