Rapha Indoor Training cap

A lightweight, sweat-wicking mesh cap for indoor turbo sessions. Training indoors lets you avoid the worst of the weather, but there’s one factor that is almost inevitable sweat. To keep you cool and absorb excess moisture during the toughest turbo efforts, we’ve created the Indoor Training Cap. Made predominantly with a lightweight spacer mesh, the cap efficiently dissipates moisture and heat away from the head, working especially well in conjunction with a fan. The front panel features the same lightweight fabric as our Technical T-Shirts, overlaid above the spacer mesh to improve airflow and sweat dispersion. A secure, comfortable fit is assured by the continuous elastic band, while bound seams inside maintain the cap’s shape, allowing you to wear it with maximum ‘luft’ should you wish.
