The evolution of Ritchey handlebars continues with the WCS ErgoMax.

This new bar enjoys a rich history of handlebar design and development, and combines it with the modern demands of discerning riders who enjoy riding varying surfaces.

Designed to enhance control and comfort when riding along loose surfaces, the ErgoMax is ideal for a gravel bike since it places the hands in a wider, more stable position while in the drops.

The ErgoMax is just as perfectly situated on road bikes that are built for endurance, its ergonomics delivering unparalleled comfort.

The bar tops employ a 10mm rise at the clamping area, which offers a slightly more upright riding position.

They are then ovalized and have a slight 4-degree rearward sweep to more evenly distribute the weight of the rider´s hands and wrists, also putting them in a more natural position.

Continuing with an eye towards ergonomics, the ErgoMax also features drops with a nice 12-degree flare to keep the rider´s hands in a comfortable and confident position, while also adding a bit more unobstructed stability when turning or sprinting.

My first impression of the Handlebars was that it is carbon handlebars due to the weight. I have double checked and indeed it is alloy .The combination of the bars and good padding tape made ride on loose terrain and pathols much more comfortable. Although the product was delivered in poor condition The box was completely smashed and there was a small scratch on the handlebars due to transport I did contacted Bikinn and send them pictures but after I didn't get much enthusiastic response. I give 4 start only due to package issue if it wants for that I would give 5 start .

This is a very high caliber bar, spot on with the weight. Finish is durable and also grip grit embedded into the finish around the brake levers and stem. I found the flair at the ends to be wider than expected. Perhaps after seeing I would consider a 40 over my regular 42.

Hello! Ritchey has announced that they are redesigning the logo of all WCS products. All WCS series handlebars will now have silver logos instead of colored ones. Is there a new logo or an old one(color) in the 44cm bar size?

Hello! The official Ritchey website states that due to the transition to the new silver WCS logo, product markings may vary depending on the production batch. This means that the same Ritchey WCS handlebar, 44 cm wide, may have either the old colored logo or the new silver one, depending on bikeinn’s current stock.
