Good foam grips, medium hardness, ideal in my opinion, they are very comfortable. The regular foam ones are too soft and other silicone or rubber options are too hard. Fixed with white glue they don't move at all, which is the worst thing about foam cuffs, they move. Very light, I can't comment on its durability yet, these types of grips don't usually last long, but for price/performance it's worth it.
