Yes, it works, but it´s not ideal. RockShox Dynamic Seal Grease is designed for shocks and suspensions; it´s a bit thicker than other greases (like SRAM Butter or Slickoleum). You can use it on a dropper post without any problem if you apply a small amount, but it may feel less smooth than the specific greases recommended by seatpost manufacturers.
