It´s first time to ride on Qrings. It clearly gives you a peak point when spinning the crank.In my opinion, I don´t feel any big difference that the Qrings make.just a bit difference with normal one.you can change a peak point later or earlier than original setting.

I currently use 110BCD OF THIS MODEL RATIO 53/39 T anchor 5 BOLTS I want to buy 50/34 same model Rotor q rims But it mentions that OCP ARE 4 BOLTS my question is can I use 110 bcd 5 BOLTS chainrings ratio 50/34 in what I currently use or what chainrings do you recommend for that ratio from your brand without having to change cranks?

With 5-nut cranks on a diameter of 110mm (BCD means Bolt Chainring Diameter) you need chainrings (chainring)... with 5 holes on a diameter of 110mm and vice versa! Otherwise the nuts do not fall opposite the holes! So 4-HOLES chainrings = other + recent standard = it does not work or you also have to change the cranks! Now DO NOT CONFUSE the OCP adjustment (= angular offset of the major axis of the elliptical chainring with the axis of the crank) with the mounting standard (BCD) of the chainring-crank fixing nuts: a QRING 110BCD chainring now has 4 possible OCP adjustment positions whereas before there were 5 (it is position 1 which no longer exists). These positions are marked by small dots engraved on the chainrings. So buy some 5-nut QRINGS in 110BCD and then install them with the OCP setting that suits you best!

Good morning, I always use a 12v chain on a Sram Red shifter and Q-ring chainrings, and another bike has an Ultegra DI2 shifter and it works better than the 11v ones, it rolls smoother (always Q-ring chainrings).

The same thing happened to me. I had a QRINGS ROTOR chainring with a SRAM 11v groupset and I put on the AXS RED 12v and the chain runs perfectly, it sits well on the chainring teeth.

Hello, I currently have a Qrings q52(36) 11s 110BCD rotor plate assembly. I would like to upgrade to a 54 but I don´t know which small chainring I should take. Can I stay with my current 36 and just change the big chainring? Or do I also need to change the small chainring and if so, what teeth can I take? Sincerely

Yeah, it will work but not super great. I have the 54t and the 36t on my TT bike w/ SRAM Red electronic shifting and it misses occasionally on the big ring. The oval shape makes shifting a bit tricky. I´m a huge fan of the oval rings so it´s worth it to me. I say go for it but be prepared to do some tweaking of adjustments and finesse your shifts.

Hello! It depends on your front derailleur Total Capacity! For example FD-R9100, FD-9000, has 16T toral capacity. It means, if you upgrade to 54, you need (54-16=) 38 minimum. If your FD total Capacity is 18T or more, you don’t have to change. (I don’t know any Shimano 2x speed FD, which has a larger capacity, then 16T)

Hello Im looking for a oval outer chainring for my hybrid 10 speed bike which presently has a 50/34 110 bcd sram powerglide set up, with Sram Apex 175 cranks and Sram apex front mech. Would this product be compatible? Does the ring have a chain stop to prevent the chain falling between crank and chainring? This is presently an issue for me. Also with a oval ring, does this affect the front mech chainstay at all? Does it require adjustment given the ovality? Thanks Neil
