Yes. Inside it fits: a camera, multi-tool (thin and small), CO2 cylinder, cylinder adapter (small), button cell battery. It may fit a couple of removable batteries (1 or at most 2). The inner tube must be well rolled. The only bad thing I think this bag has is that the fabric it is made of is very thin and can scratch the seat post by rubbing. Also, when you hit bumps, you can hear the contents of the bag rattling a lot. And lastly, it is not that light (60gr.).
