very satisfied with service and product unfortunately only a maximum of two Pi or one Pi can be paired with a Sena M1 helmet. This is a significant disadvantage and is an omission in development by the manufacturer, since up to four M1 helmets can be connected and they probably have similar electronic circuitry. As a work-around, you can also mount a Pi on an M1 helmet. This can then communicate directly with a second Pi and the language can then also be sent to the other max. 4 M1 helmets via the acoustic coupling on the helmet. You just have to adjust the volume of the helmet with the additional Pi a little louder so that the acoustic coupling works. NB: with the new mesh version of the helmets there is no longer a limit on the number of participants and with the mesh adapter M1 helmets and Pis can also be integrated , but then you still have an electronic part that has to be configured and charged again and again.

Surprisingly good sound reproduction, especially in connection with the intercom. Doesn't block the sounds of the environment, which makes it safe, however, the conversation with your friend goes on in a normal voice and without any typing. Cycling with a friend just became 100% more fun. Safety improves when you don't have to drive side by side, e.g. in traffic, and off-road you can focus on driving. Pairing with iOS is easy as long as you follow the instructions. I recommend. So you need 2 sets; some for yourself and some for your friend. In Finland, the IOS app Sena Cycling is also in Finnish!

My wife and I just recently purchased the Sena Pi for intercom between our E-Bikes. The setup instructions were very easy to follow and quick to implement. Our area is quite windy yet the quality of the reception and speech was not impaired in any way. At times we are quite a distance apart but the quality of the sound was very sharp and crisp. I would highly recommend the Sena Pi to anyone wanting to effectively communicate while riding E-Bikes. P.S. The items were easily ordered and the shipping and tracking instructions to Canada were very thorough and timely.

My wife and I always go out, each connected to our cell phones. But I have found that even if no one is connected to their cell phones, the intercom works just as well. I understand that these are separate issues. It works great for us to be able to chat. I recommend it.

Once they are paired, no phone is needed by anyone. I also don't know for sure, but I don't think you need a phone to pair them to start with, but I do know for sure that you do not need a phone afterwards.

Hello I think there is no contradiction to be able to use the Pi on an R2 helmet. The Pi is attached to the vertical strap. I take this opportunity to help Ugo, I use additional batteries, which allows for longer communication. Good hike to all.

The talk time of the battery is stated as 6 hours. Does this mean the time from when the phone is switched on, even if no one is speaking? In some reports you can read that the battery is already empty after 3 hours. What could be the reason for this?

Once the headphone are turned on, they are always connected regardless if someone is speaking or not. Battery is being used from the moment you turn them on, to the moment you turn them off. 6 hours seems unreal. 3 hours seems like a long time too. I have never measured my battery from full to empty, but I think I can get at least 1.5 hours from them without a problem. But don't use that as gauge, other users would probably know better.

Hello, I bought two PIs, the charging cord is included and yes they deliver everywhere on the planet. Customs charges may apply. I´m from Quebec and it takes about 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking is easy because Canada Post takes care of the package. We really like this intercom. Works wonderfully.

Assuming you are pairing to another set. After charging Press + and - on each set for a brief moment. Should turn on. Once both sets are on Press - tab on both sets at same time. Hold down for 5 seconds. Both should then be paired Best of luck
