Hello, the lever that I bought is the Shimano 105, a lower range than the Ultegra, but if your rear derailleur is an 11-speed, the lever will be fully compatible even if it is not exactly the same as the Ultegra. I also had Ultegra before and after it broke down, I replaced it with the 105 and it works perfectly. The only important thing is that it is for the same number of speeds that you have on the cassette.
