Good morning. I installed a complete di2 105 derailleur with Shimano 105 FC-R7100 50-34 2x12 Speed cranks and it falls a little short. Could I install the Shimano 105 FC-R7100 crankset - 2x12 Speed, without changing the derailleur or rear derailleur? Thank you.

You just have to change the chainrings, the cranks are the same, just change the teeth of the chainrings, you will only have to adjust the derailleur of the chainrings as they are different sizes

Yes you can, just check your chain is long enough and check the clearance on the front derailleur.
