Hello, I am not a professional mechanic but in my opinion it will be compatible with your system. The derailleur must be compatible with the cassette and the chain and you will keep both. I use it with a Shimano Deore 11-51, 11-speed cassette and a Shimano Deore M5100 Shadow RD+ direct mount derailleur. I converted my son´s bike Trek Marlin 4 which had a 3x7 drivetrain. Before doing the conversion, I used it for a short time with the 7 speed cassette and chain and I had no problems.

If the width of your bottom bracket is 68-73mm yes, but you will need Shimano hollowtech or compatible cups and some spacer to better center the chain pull.

No it does not come with a bb.the bb you need would depend on your frame. For example my frame had a 68mm threaded shell, so I went tooth the shimano mt-800 bb
