I have to say that if you have wide feet I don't recommend this model because for me, for example, they are uncomfortable as I don't have enough space in the front part, so I have to change them for another model. For the rest, it is a great shoe, it has all the b's, good, pretty and cheap, but just keep in mind the width of the foot.

Excellent shoes, value for money. The sole is quite rigid so it transmits a lot of energy when pedaling. They are hard and the mud comes off easily. Order your usual shoe size, shimano size large. I have a 44, I ordered a 45 and they are a little big.

Not inside. However, walking is easy because the cleat is "embedded" inside the shoe. No need to walk on your heels.
