Hello, if you put a single plate, yes, but if not, you won´t do well. But don´t change it to a single chainring, you´re going to suffer on the climbs, and on the flats you´ll fall short, it´s just a reflection.

Well...Dura Ace 9200 has 50/34 chainring set for 12 speed. GRX is only 11 speed...BCD 110mm but cranks are different compared to Dura Ace. Personally I would go with compatable Dura Ace chain rings.
