Hola, yo uso un 44 en mi calzado de calle y en estas zapatillas elegi un 45. En anchura las zapatillas me están perfectas, no noto que el pie tenga holgura, pero son un poco más grandes en longitud, sin que llegue a ser una sensación desagradable, pero eso es lo bueno ya que unas zapatillas más grandes permiten que el pie tenga la movilidad suficiente para que cuando las lleves un tiempo puestas y haciendo ejercicio pedaleando y el pie se dilate, es decir que aumente su tamaño, no te compriman y puedas estar horas usandolas sin dolor.

Hello, I also had Specialized in 44. Shimano size quite small. I ordered 44.5 and it´s perfect. I recommend 1/2 size larger than usual. These are very good shoes at a fair price.
