The external and internal both fit the centre lock. They both screw in. The difference is in the tool required to attach to the wheel.

I also really like the look of them, especially this black version. But the braking power and feel at the lever (modulation) also make a huge leap. Compatibility will most likely not work. The brake caliper is too different. I don´t think SRAM has a similar alternative. Unfortunately.

Internal or external has to do with the lockring with which the disk is mounted. You can easily check that yourself. If you Google internal and external lockring you can easily see the difference. Last one differs from two others with magnet presence. But What is the fifference inbetween first and second? Does Interno/Externo stand for type of lock ring nut? Nice design and best rotors. The disc is the same. It only refers to the locking nut. If it is the inner one you have to use the tool that goes inside the bolt, the outer one you have to use the tool that embraces the bolt on the outside. The inner one is usually used for road, 12mm axles. And the outer one is usually used for mountain, axles of more than 12mm because the tool does not enter between the axle and the screw. Regards

I currently have Shimano SM RT900 S discs mounted on ROVAL CLXs. I don´t know for compatibility which disk to mount if internal or external. Can you help me?. Thank you

Hello, the disk is the same. It only refers to the lock nut. They are both compatible, the MT is the MTB version the CL is the new road version the braking is equivalent

9100 or 9200 are both combatable just make sure you select the correct size, 140mm or 160mm. FYI iv´e found the 9200 rotors less noisy in the wet.
