No, kit only include cranks

The crankset doesn´t come with a chainring. You´ll need a Shimano TL-FC41 or another manufacturer´s Direct Mount wrench. The chainring itself can be from any manufacturer, but choose the offset that matches your chainline.

If your specialized uses a SRAM DUB Bottom Bracket then the answer is no as the spindle diameter is 29mm and the Shimano crank uses a 24mm spindle. However if you have a Shimano Crank on it at the moment then it will fit. It all depends on the Bottom Bracket.
