Hello, Before buying the bottom bracket, you need to know if it has an English or Italian thread. It seems you have a 10-speed Dura Ace, so I´d say it has an English thread and these cups won´t work. You´d need English or BSA threaded ones. With English or BSA threads, the chainring side is loosened clockwise, and with the left pedal, counterclockwise. With Italian threads, I´d say both sides are loosened counterclockwise. I´d say the same; you should see the arrow to loosen it.
