In my case I´m using the Shimano SM SH11 with 6 degrees of rotation, I´ve already used the blue Shimano SH12 with 2 degrees. I prefer the yellow ones with 6 degrees. They are more comfortable when pedaling and allow for position correction. I´ve also used the look ones, but they´re very noisy on carbon pedals, the gray 4.5 degree ones.
