The inner chainring is 2.5 mm thick. It's recessed by 0.5 mm where it's mounted on the crank though (so 2.0 mm thickness there). The thickness at the teeth is also 2.0 mm and it's recessed by 0.5 mm on the inside where the bolts are mounted.
