It´s better than buying a 43-44. If it´s a bit too big, you can always trim a bit at the tip. If it´s too short, you won´t be able to do anything. For a 43.5, you probably won´t have to adjust anything.

They measure 28 cm. long and I wear them in SIDI size 43 uzpatillas (I wear 42 on the street, but at SIDI I wear one size larger). I think that, if necessary, they could be trimmed a little at the toe, but not at the heel, as it has a raised edge. All the best.
