When they arrived they seemed like normal insoles to me. I had the famous Bontrager ones that you put in an oven and they formed to the shape of your foot, but I admit that my knees hurt less and my pedal stroke is more rounded.

I suffer from metatarsalgia in my right foot and I walk with special orthotics that are not compatible with the shoes I use for cycling. The green Specialized insoles are an excellent compromise for the problem I have having an excellent plantar support that helps me not to feel pain and to pedal correctly. I even use them in normal shoes when I can't fit custom-made ones due to space problems. Truly a great product!

having ,used the previous Specialized '+++' version in many shoes for nearly a decade, I was happy when these just slipped into my new Bont and Shimano shoes to deliver a very similar experience for my feet. There are not so many ventilation holes or the same locations as before, so I'll have to wait 6 months here for the warmer weather to return to Tasmania to see if this matters to me. If like me you were worried that Specialized had significantly changed these from before, the answer is a resounding 'No'. Would I like a '++++' or '+++++' version, the answer is yes but until then these are as good as I've found off the shelf to support my narrow and high arched feet.

I recommend insoles, since I've been cycling I've always had problems with my feet making me fall asleep and feeling like scalding, one day I went for a ride with a colleague and we talked about my problem, he said he also had the same problems before and that I bought the blue color which is the medium one and from then on I never had any problems again so I decided to buy it too, I've done 20km on the road and 25km on the hill and since then I haven't had any more problems, only on the first use I felt a little discomfort because of the metatarsal button, the second time I didn't feel discomfort, I recommend it even to those who suffer from feet like me

Hello. I also didn’t know which ones to choose. I took advice from specialized themselves. I took a piece of paper and stepped on it with a wet foot, then traced the footprint with a pencil. Based on this, it seemed to me that blue insoles would be better suited and I was not mistaken, they fit perfectly :) I was also helped by the reviews that the red ones were included in the kit as universal ones. But I still bought the red ones too, because I had my doubts, but in the end I didn’t use them. The insoles are fantastic, I couldn’t even think that this was possible, I completely forgot about fatigue, including the bike machine, where the load is constant and monotonous. With three different ARCH support options (Red+ is the lowest, Blue++ is medium and Green+++ is the highest), you can be sure that every precious watt is saved when you press the pedal.

Generally the pain in the sole of the foot is due to poor venous return, perhaps because of narrow shoes, shoes that are too tight. Now the Spé soles are very good at the level of the arch of the foot, for my part I have the green ones because I have strong arched feet.
