received two tires as expected in new conditioned. arrived in good shape and very pleased with that. will say, ordering into the us from overseas was a very long process and i ended up having ,to buy other tires i found locally as my son was without his bike for a long time. so now i have an extra set of tires, which is ok. i wished that i had known about the long shipping but completely understand given the state of the world today. going forward, i would caution buyers in the us if they need items quickly from bikeinn. otherwise, great service!
