Hello, you need to install the "Specialized" mobile application on a smartphone (Bluetooth enabled). Once the battery is running and installed on the Levo, open the application and search for "new bike". This may take several minutes and/or several attempts.

Hello the battery is an M1 and it is 100% compatible with the 2018 turbo levo model. The only problem encountered is that the Specialized app does not recognize my levo turbo 2018, but a Vado M 3.0 but it has been working for 5 months. Has the battery ever been installed on a Vado 3.0?
