Smart product of the third generation with the possibility of adjusting the speed limit of your electric bike.Tuning SpeedBox 3.0 allows arbitrary configuration of electric speed limiters.

After installing the tuning you will be able to consult the real values such as the maximum speed, the average speed, the daily mileage and the autonomy.

How does SpeedBox 3.0 work?You can activate the SpeedBox 3.0 on the e-bike screen.

After a brief activation of the WALK function, the display will briefly show 9.9 km/h (6.2 mph) and from then on you can ride at unlimited speed.

To deactivate the tuning function, reactivate the WALK function.

The display shows 2.5 km/h (1.6 mph) and the 25 km/h speed limit will turn on again.

The electric bike works as before the tuning was installed.

We are also prepared for electric bikes that do not have a classic control panel with the WALK function.

In this case, simply use the + - + - button combination and SpeedBox will be activated.

In the same way it can be deactivated.

To set the maximum speed, you can switch between the following modes:Turbo - EMTB - Tour - Eco - Tour - EMTB - Turbo.

Then the current speed limit will be displayed.

To change the maximum speed, short press the WALK function or rotate the wheel 360 °.

Display 1.5 km/h on display corresponds to the 15 km/h limit, 2.0 corresponds to the 20 km/h limit, 2.5 corresponds to 25 km/h, 3.0 corresponds to 30 km/h, 9.9 corresponds to 99 km/h, etc.

The last displayed limit is saved after five seconds of inactivity.

When using the SpeedBox 3.0 with Bosch motors of the 4th generation (year 2020 and above), the e-bike must be turned on after the end of the ride until the display shows a constant 0.0 km/h.

During this phase, the display will show the remaining time (in minutes).

The bike can then be safely switched off and looking forward to the next ride.

To connect the SpeedBox to an electric bike we use colored connectors equipped with a key for proper connection, so the product is really easy to install.

Removing the product is as easy as mounting it.

I installed it on a Bosch Active Line Plus with Purion and it was very simple, the only complicated thing was hiding the speedbox in the small space of the frame while being safe at the same time. The Walk option to activate and deactivate the speedbox is very practical. I limited my E-bike to 30kmph because it seemed sufficient and the battery consumption was barely noticeable. Allows you to adjust the max speed at which you want to ride: 10.15, 20, 25, 30, 35... Ideal if you have a bike with a distorted speedometer for example, and you want to "correct" the max speed without however, drive at 50. The speed displayed is the real speed which is great! Incredible how well it works and how quickly it is installed....10 minutes or less, in my case I did not have to remove the left crank to access the connections. The annoying cut disappears at 25 km/h. You have to respect the instructions of the manufacturer so that there are no failures and the anti-tunning system detects them. Now it looks like a different bike.

I put mine on and it´s perfect because everything on the bike stays the same, nothing changes, it only works when we activate the button and then the speed changes and we can easily reach speeds between 40 and 50 km per hour.
