Sportful Fiandre Pro jacket

- There are days when the decision to go out for a ride or not is based on the weather. Other times, staying home is not an option. Races start in any conditions, and it’s essential to be ready to face the elements. The Fiandre Pro Jacket has been designed for these occasions, for racing in inclement weather. We designed and developed it through years of testing with our pro athletes in the northern classics and WorldTour races of all kinds. In its latest version, the Fiandre Pro is a blend of technology. Made entirely of Polartec® NeoShell®, the jacket features minimized seams and a single panel of fabric for the front and back. No seams on the shoulders and a close fit that allows you not to waste power. We were able to do this thanks to the surprising stretch of the NeoShell® membrane. The (few) seams present are taped, the collar is doubled, and the cuffs are in extra-stretchy waterproof fabric. The tail is longer and has two silicone bands to hold it perfectly in position and protect you from spray from your rear wheel, while the front YKK® Vislon® zip is waterproof and easy to open. The three back pockets are micro-perforated to drain water, and we’ve added reflective details.

- The result is a lightweight, aerodynamic, and incredibly stretchy garment. The Polartec® membrane is water repellent and breathable, so when the effort you produce in the race generates heat, the sweat escapes but the rain doesn’t enter. The feeling you’ll have when riding at high intensity will be one of total comfort and the right temperature. The men’s version of this garment is used in races by the pros of the BORA-hansgrohe team.
