Center look Shimano nut, there is only one thread, what changes is the type of wrench to use, one goes inside the nut, and is also the one used for Shimano cassettes, (this nut can cause problems because it has the small hole ex eg on the 15mm front pins does not pass the key. The one with the locking system on the outside instead has the larger inner hole ex closing it uses the key to lock the mov, central caps.
