Does it come with the hose assembled and bled?

The photo shows the lever and the caliper. Does it come without the hose mounted and bled with the liquid?

The handle and clamp are connected with a hose; on my bike they had to be separated so that the brake hose could be run through the frame and then the brake lever, brake hose and clamp could be reconnected.
