Is this only the lever or does it include the brake?

The description of this product only refers to the lever but the image shows the lever and brake. Can you please clarify whether it is both? Also, the description mentions DOT 5.1 fluid, but the manufacturer's specification states that it should be mineral oil. I think the description might be incorrect as it also refers to it being 'Compatibility: SRAM Guide brakes'. Thanks
