Is this chain compatible with my 12 speed SRAM derailleur on the 2024 Patron Eride 900 ST?

No, this chain was designed for road or gravel drivetrains. It will wear out much faster on a mountain bike and isn´t a 100% fit. For the Patron, you should use the MTB version of the FlatTop chain with the transmission drivetrain.
