The rear derailleur has nothing to do with it. The important thing is if the bike comes prepared to mount that hanger. I would say that the CUBE model you mention is not compatible. If you search on the internet for pins for that model, that one does not appear. And if it didn´t come from the factory already assembled... I highly doubt it. This type of temple was launched in 2019. And bikes began to incorporate it a little later.

Hello, I have a Cube Stereo 150 from 2022 and it is not UDH prepared. As far as I know, only from the Stereo Hybrid 2023 and Stereo 2024 models onwards do the Cubes come standard with this shift hanger.

It seems so, this is what it says about the frame in the specifications: "Lynx Race RC Carbon, PC Layup, Acros ICR, PF92, 148x12, UDH", although you would have to do a little more research. Every day more bike manufacturers use this hanger. In my case, both the Focus Raven (muscular) and the Giant Reing e+ (electric) have it and it is a very good solution.
