Hello, can the bag be placed under the handlebar so that it can be compatible with a spotlight?

You can´t attach it under the handlebars, but on the front the bag has a hook for a light

The mounting bracket is about halfway in the middle of the bag. So it will stuck up above the bracket. If you mounted it facing down you could possibly make it work
