Like all Topeak products (in my expedience) this is well made and finished, with good instructions and high quality fasteners . It fitted well on a Carrera Subway, but not until I bought two 30mm screws to fit through the lower brackets. The supplied 15mm screws were too short, hence not 5 stars from me.

Fits great on 27.5" Trek frame but you might go with standard, non-disc version as well as Dual sport Gen5 frame allows.

So long as your bike has rear rack mounts, yes it will fit over a 650b wheel. I have this rack installed on a disc mountain bike with 27.5 wheels (650b) with 2.1 inch tires.

It is, but make sure you get this model - the one that specifies 'disc'. There are similar models that don't specify 'disc' - those models might fit but it's not guaranteed, this model will.

The rack weighs 680g. I think it would probably work with your bike. it’s really easy to fit, and the fixtures are versatile - I reckon you could fit it to just about any bike. Van Rysel bikes have mounting eyelets in the right place, so I cannot see any problems.

Providing you have threaded mounts at the top and near the axle on the rear down tubes then it will fit, assume you have as these are normally used for mounting mudguards. It is designed for 700c disc. It is not quick release, but comes with Allen bolts which fit into the aforementioned holes. Can be tricky to mount at first but easier once the top brackets have been aligned and tightened up on the rack. Really good product combined with the quick release bag. Hope that helps.
