The distance is approximately 6 cm. However, there are two ways to mount the mount: low or high. -If mounted low, the connected device, such as a cell phone or bike computer, can collide with the handlebars. -If mounted high, the size of the connected device doesn´t really matter, as it should be above the handlebars. I mounted my mount high because my Edge 1040 is so large that it fits when mounted low, but access to the buttons on the bottom of the device would be restricted; my phone wouldn´t fit on it at all.

Der Abstand beträgt ca. 6 cm. Man hat aber zwei Möglichkeiten, die Halterung anzubringen, tief oder hoch. -Tief angebracht kann das angeschlossene Gerät, Handy oder Fahrradcomputer, mit dem Lenker kollidieren -Hoch angebracht ist die Größe des angeschlossenen Gerätes eigentlich egal, da es über dem Lenker sein sollte. Ich habe meine Halterung hoch angebracht, da mein Edge 1040 so groß ist, dass es im tief verbauten Zustand zwar passt, aber der Zugriff zu den Knöpfen unten am Gerät eingeschränkt wäre, mein Handy würde gar nicht daran passen.
