I was reluctant to order from Europe and there was a fair amount of negative misinformation about tradeinn/bikeinn out there. But my fears were put aside when I started to receive information that my order was being processed and shipped with a tracking number. Once it hit the states, I was on my own, but it only took a few days after clearing customs. This crank puller is very well made and is at a good price point here. It fit my TA crankset off my 1975 Motobecane Grand Sport with zero issues. Leave it to the French to make sure I have to have at least 3 different sized crank pullers!
