After i've bought my second bike, I've ridden it without these inserts first. The difference in comfort is absurd! I immediately went online to order these inserts again. Even if you only ride asphalt (as I do) they reduce a lot of the vibrations and increase your comfort and feel of the bike. Especially in the drops! Strongly recommend this to everyone, and will apply them to any bike I own in the future.
