The width is measured center to center at the lower ends of the drops. 400mm, for example, measures 400mm at the bottom because of the flare and 380mm at the top of the hoods.

I purchased it last year and the cables of the shimano ultegra mechanical group are completely hidden, my mechanic did an excellent job, I recommend this item.

Hi, I have had di2 (6800) guided through FSA ACR SMR stem and it was OK. I think it might be possible but it´s gonna be quite hard with four thick hoses. Good luck :)

For a mechanical group it will depend on the power and bicycle frame you use, but the Handlebar has the holes to pass through and hide the cables.

This will also always depend on how the cables reach the handlebars, passing through the stem. In my case I use a 105 Di2 but due to the stem, the cables do not reach the handlebars internally, leaving some of the cables visible right from the start. However, underneath the handlebars, right on the outside, there is a cavity where there is still enough space to accommodate the cables and work well with the handlebar tape. In addition to this topic, my cables are practically invisible and the aerodynamics and comfort of this handlebar served me 100% of what I expected. Hope this helps
