What maximum air pressure can be put on it???

Yes, these are designed for indoor use on classic wooden strip velodrome. Use on painted surface wooden velodrome with grit in the paint may cause increased wear.

The 19-23 are the cross section size options of the tire. The valve stem is a standard 40mm. I needed to use a valve extension for my tri spoke and deep (80mm) wheels.
