Can valves be removed?

I´ve seen two different answers to the same question. Can the valves be removed? I have a 60-profile rim and need extenders, so the valves really need to come out. I want the cream version. Thanks.

Good evening Master, yes!! All tubular tires require the valve sealing cap to be removed. I also use a 60 profile rim and have to use an adapter, but I´ve never had a problem with these tires.

I have acquired this Vitoria Rally 25x28 black tubular and when it is presented on my rim (old and narrow), the support base of the tubular protrudes on both sides, in fact it looks cream-colored on the base (the tubular is not cream/black, it is the black color) about 2mm on both sides. My question is if that would affect its performance in terms of safety, if there is a risk of bead breaking, adhesion, etc. I would use double-sided tape.
