Choose the width you prefer according to your wheel, my wheels accept from 24" to 32", but after trying several sizes, the one that has given me the most safety and grip has been the 28"

Yeah. TLR is tubeless ready, meaning you don´t have to put a camera on it. But you would always have to put one in in case of a big puncture and it doesn´t seal with the tubeless fluid.
