Im a medium in most cycle jerseys, went large for this after reading they come up small. I suggest going 2 sizes up for a race fit. It is super tight. My arms are like matchsticks and the sleeves are also super tight. I'm 78kg, 5"9 and like a tight fit but probably should have gone XL. Nice jersey though.
