I have used it quite a bit and despite being super cheap it is a strong and reliable tool. The central tab and the screw that holds the chain on the other side make it super precise and prevents the chain from coming loose. The screw has a cavity where the pin enters when removing it, preventing it from falling to the ground. The rubberized lever and the hard plastic handle provide comfort but if the handle were covered in soft rubber and had a better grip it would be perfect.
